We booked a winter weekend getaway for a bunch of us to just have a chill weekend away. Saturday was quite snowy, but it was lovely to just sit in the main room on the comfy couches and read, do puzzles, listen to music and chat with each other - while surrounded by a stormy ocean scene. Woke up to clear ocean views the next morning. Road was well plowed to get out, and Tom was very responsive to messages. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning oceanfront home with breathtaking views and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house is beautiful and the hot tub overlooking the ocean was a highlight. Being close to great restaurants made everything incredibly convenient. The host was friendly, responsive, and left clear instructions for everything. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here with our four teenage children and had a blast. The location can't be beat, the home is warm and inviting, and the main living area is perfect for some family togetherness. The surrounding rocks and beach area gave us hours of fun just exploring. Tom was extremely responsive throughout our entire stay.

Great 3 day stay in October great host the house very comfortable and accommodating, cleanliness was an A+the locations scenic view from Newport to block island and all of Narragansett beach and shoreline it doesn’t get any better

I don’t even know where to begin… this property is truly out of this world. Tom (one of the nicest hosts you’ll ever meet) was incredibly accommodating, allowing our larger group with small kids to stay for my 40th birthday weekend.

This home is magic. Tom greeted us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know at the house. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The bathrooms had everything you may need.

Simply gorgeous landscapes and beautiful, comfortable home nestled perfectly on the promontory surrounded by water, sunrise, sunsets. We saw a double rainbow, looked for sea glass at the property’s rocky beach, cooked meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds.
