The Point House in Narragansett is one of the most beautiful and unique properties in RI. Surrounded on 3 sides by the ocean, this secluded retreat offers unparalleled privacy. Within steps is a rocky beach for sunning, while a 10 minute stroll along the shore is a small swimming beach. Indulge in beach cookouts and bonfires, hike a nearby nature preserve, and enjoy world-class fishing. The town beach is a two-mile drive from your doorstep. Very comfortable home & fully equipped kitchen.

The space

This gorgeous property is the perfect setting for creating unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.
In front of the house, you’ll find a sandy area ideal for picnics and cookouts, while most of the shoreline rocky.
This visually stunning retreat offers exceptional privacy, making it a true summer paradise. Many guests have called it their “favorite place ever!”—come experience it for yourself.
