House Rules
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

- Check-in after 3:00 pm
- Checkout before 11:00 am
During your stay
- 8 guests maximum
- Pets allowed
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking
Additional rules
- Please treat our house like you treat your own house.
- Any parties with more than five guests must be pre-approved.
- Please respect the neighbors
- If the property is damaged beyond normal wear and tear you will be charged.
- If any items are missing, including household items, kitchen items, or artwork you will be charged for the item.
- If there is a problem in the house, like a water leak, heating or cooling issue please inform the host promptly. If any of the appliances in the house stop working, please inform the host promptly.
- The television in the living room is connected to the internet and has Roku on it. If you want to watch sports please bring the passwords for your streaming service with you.
- Pets must be older than 1 year.
- Guest need to be respectful and polite to all staff including house cleaners, landscapers, hot tub maintenance workers, managers and owners. Difficult guests will be asked to leave the property.

There are six doors in the house please be sure they are all locked. You can strip the beds and leave the bedding in the room it came from to be helpful, but it is not required. Please throw out the trash and start the dishwasher if there are dishes.
